Quick and easy to incorporate to use: Roll over the skin vertically 5 times, horizontally 5 times, then diagonally 5 times in both directions. Depending on the strength use you may opt to use a topical anaesthetic before use. Wash with alcohol based solution after use and rinse well, leaving to dry. For 0.25 to 1.0mm this can be used once a week. For 1.25 – 1.75mm it is recommended to use this as a treatment 4 weeks apart. For 2.0-3.0 this is recommended no less than 6 – 8 weeks apart. You can opt to use any vitamin C serum or calming serum after treatment. Do not use any skin products with harsh chemicals within 3 days either side of the treatment.
